Our roof and floor trusses, wall panels and other components are manufactured from top-grade lumber and assembled under carefully controlled conditions. Everything is square and plumb, and fits precisely.

Many builders rely on First Colony's roof truesses for their construction projects. OUr trusses are made to order and assembled from the finest grade of lumber. We've found that it doesn't pay to skimpon truss lumber because the roof is such a critical part of a home's quality.

Our trusses are designed for 47.5 PSF (unless otherwise specified) and 24" on center spacing. Truss fabrication, lumber grade, and plate specifications are according to professional engineer's sealed drawings.

When your job calls for open web floor trusses and I-joists, we provide them to the most exacting standards. Your floor trusses are made to precisely fit your foundation, and like our roof trusses, are made of the highest quality materials.

Precision manufactured wall panels take a lot of the hassle out of assembling a home. Our wall panels are square and plumb when they arrive on your site. There's less waste and debris to take away, and the quality is factory assured.
